Your job is to enjoy it all while my job is to capture it all. I love to record the moments and memories of your wedding day so you can look back on the photographs and relive it the way you remember.
BEHIND THE LENS
I started photographing weddings six years ago in Chicago. When I was getting into professional photography, a friend brought me along to learn and assist on a wedding day and the rest is history! I fell in love with all the pure emotions and the quick pace of the day. This is such an important life milestone and it’s always a joy and honor to record. Since moving to Arizona two years ago, I’ve captured weddings that look different than those in Chicago, but my passion for wedding photography remains the same.

How would you describe your photography style?
Authentic, artistic, and light. I love photographing weddings because it requires me to be versatile. There are many types of photography involved - from portraits to details to movements - and I want to record it all in a beautiful way for you.
How comfortable are you shooting in various lighting situations?
Very comfortable! Photography is all about working with a variety of light sources and I have plenty of experience with both natural light and external light sources.
Are you willing to go on a hike to take our elopement or engagement photos?
Say less. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love the outdoors and would be thrilled to photograph your special day in your favorite outdoor space. I’ve run ultramarathons, trekked up 14ers, hiked 20 miles in the Grand Canyon with my camera, and more, so I’m definitely on board for any outdoor adventure you have in mind. I am also familiar with the trail systems and outdoor spaces in Arizona, so I’m happy to help you find the perfect location for your photos.
Do you work with a second shooter or assistant on wedding day?
This one is up to you! I am typically comfortable being a one-woman-band but if you have a large number of guests, a large wedding party, many locations in mind or just want more final photos, I would recommend a second shooter. If we discuss this option and feel a second shooter is right for your day, I will call on one of my talented photographer friends and coordinate the whole process with them.
What is included in your wedding packages?
All my packages include plenty of information and as many consultations as you want leading up to the wedding. I’m happy to help put together timelines, recommend other vendors, and answer any questions you may have. After the wedding, all high-resolution, edited images are delivered to a private gallery, which you have the ability to download and use with a personal use copyright release. This release allows you to download, save, share on social media, and print and share with family and friends. With this release, you are not allowed to sell or re-edit the photos, claim them as your own (say that you made them), enter them in contests or use them for any business use. How long will it take for our photos to be delivered?
The standard timeline is 8 weeks for the full gallery delivery. However, I like to send a handful of intial edits within 48 hours of your wedding so you have a few to look at and share while I’m working on the full gallery!
